Welcome to a new journey of leadership training that will ignite the Fresh Fire of Grace and Glory as ordained by God for you.
The "Glory" of your life and leadership is hidden in the "Grace" of your calling in Christ.
Every great fire begins with a supernatural ignite. I have discovered that the fire to fulfill our Purpose is not something we manufacture through human effort; it is a Person—the Holy Spirit.
In the Old Testament, the fire on the altar was first lit by God Himself (Leviticus 9:24). The priests didn't start the fire; they simply maintained what God had initiated. Similarly, your leadership journey doesn't begin with your "goodness" or your "works," but with a divine encounter.
Before Moses, a man of Grace and Glory became mightily used by God, he initially disqualified himself due to his past mistakes and lack of eloquence. God’s response was a reminder that He does not call the qualified, but qualifies the called through His grace.
The secret to Moses’ leadership wasn't his strategic brilliance or his "staff of power." It was his proximity to God's Fire of Grace and Glory.
Moses understood something missing among the present day ministry and ministers. He knew that leadership is hollow without the Presence of God.
When he spent time "face to face" with God, his own face would physically glow with Glory. He didn’t have to announce his authority; his intimacy with God made it evident to everyone around him that he has been ignited by God.
When Jesus was inaugurating His own Church, the "tongues of fire" in Acts signified that the Holy Spirit had come to dwell in people, not just around them. This fire serves three purpose.
- Purifies by burning off the old life and nature of the carriers of fire.
- Positions the Disciples for a life of passion and purpose burning in their hearts for Jesus.
- Powers them to act and move for Christ in an unusual burning dimension.
For the fulfillment of the purpose of God hanging on your life, you can only be more effective when you stop trying to light your own fire but rather present your heart as an empty altar and ask the Holy Spirit to ignite you with fresh fire of His grace and glory.
Just as the 120 were ignited in the Upper Room, we must be ignited to lead with Grace and Glory of Jesus in whatever task God has given us.
I pray for fresh fire ignite on the altar of your heart today. May the fire of God for a new experience of grace and glory falls upon it. You will no longer be cold or lukewarm. You will become a carrier of the living flame of the Holy Spirit!"
